At the same steep, Ahmad English Breakfast pours darker, smells of malt and a little fruit, and fills the mouth; Lipton pours lighter and finishes fast with a brisk, slightly papery note. With milk, Ahmad holds its shape and Lipton nearly vanishes. Ahmad's Ceylon and Earl Grey extend the lead: both are aromatic, clean blends with no real Lipton equivalent. This is not a close round.
Iced tea: Lipton's one clear win
